Shipping Information

We offer worldwide shipping to bring Aurora Story swimwear to customers around the globe. Depending on your location and product availability, orders may ship from our warehouse in Mainland China or from one of our international fulfillment centers.

Once your order is processed (usually within 2–4 business days), you will receive a tracking number via email. Shipping times may vary by destination:

• Domestic (Mainland China): 2–5 business days
• International: 7–21 business days

Please note that customs fees, import duties, or taxes may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges for swimwear unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival.

If you receive a faulty product, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with clear photos of the issue and your order number. We will review the case and offer a replacement or refund where appropriate.
